APT stands for Advanced Personal Training. No motivational posters, no miracle diets. Just science-backed training, personally tailored. Our EREPS-certified coaches build every plan from scratch around your goal, body and schedule.

We are the only personal training at Basic-Fit Amstelveen. No competitors on the floor. One team, one approach. Whether you want to get stronger, lose fat or put an injury behind you, the standard stays the same.

Frequently asked questions

Who is APT for?
For anyone serious about their body, regardless of starting point. Beginners, experienced lifters, people recovering from injury. We scale the plan to your level.
Do I need a Basic-Fit membership?
Yes. You train at Basic-Fit Amstelveen, so you need a Basic-Fit membership. You book the personal training with us on top of that.
How soon will I see results?
First measurable results typically show after 4 to 8 weeks of consistent training. Sleep, nutrition and recovery largely set the pace.
Can I train with an injury?
Usually, yes. Our coaches have medical-fitness knowledge and build a plan that works around the injury. When in doubt we coordinate with your physio or doctor.
What if I miss a session?
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance and we'll move the session. Later cancellations forfeit the session.
How do I sign up for an intro?
Via the contact form or directly by email or phone to one of the coaches. The intro is free and no-strings.
